Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. In such cases, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any other items, including sale items, gift cards, perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (e.g., beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, regardless of reason. In such cases, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If your return for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item is approved, we’ll notify you and process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hi@newbornleaders.com.
